HARMONIC EGG in Denver


The Harmonic Egg in Denver is an egg shaped relaxation pod that utilizes the energy (Hz) of sound, light and color to promote deep relaxation of the mind and body.  Reclining in a zero-gravity chair inside the pod, the client is enveloped in highly-resonant music and colored light. Both light and sound can be customized based upon the type of healing that the client desires to achieve.  


The sessions last 50 minutes, 40 minutes of light and sound and 10 minutes of silence for integration of the nervous system.


When our nervous system (comprised of the sympathetic ("fight or flight") and parasympathetic ("rest and digest") can switch out of fight or flight, ALL our systems are better able to destress, relax and repair.
